About Fence School
KIWI Fence Training School is for those who want to learn how to install agricultural fencing, expand service options, or improve skills. Taught by experienced Kencove professionals and industry leaders, this school offers the latest installation techniques and building options.
Hands-On Training
The school will be two days of fast-paced, hands-on training. We will go outside (regardless of weather, so come prepared) to build high-tensile, woven wire, Hotcote, Kencote, and Horserail fences.
Estimating Projects
You will gain the knowledge needed to issue proper estimates. We’ll discuss the cost difference of short fences versus longer runs, and you will learn how to incorporate all costs into the equation.
How to Build a Successful Business
A successful business is more than just building fence; it takes time, dedication, and hard work. Clint Iams from Log Cabin Fence and Executive Director of NAFCA will discuss bidding a job, record keeping, customer service, proper insurance, and other aspects to ensure success.
